'Call Of Duty: Infinite Warfare' Release Date, News, Trailer Recap: Fans Not Happy With New Trailer? [WATCH]
Activision and Infinity Ward have release a trailer for their upcoming video game "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare" and fans did not like it.
It is noted in YouTube that the new "Call of Duty" trailer, which was published on May 2, received poor feedback from fans. Out of more than 7.9 million views, more than 321,000 disliked the video while more than 179,000 like it, which indicates that the trailer showed something that was not appreciated by the fans and gamers.
As per Eurogamer, the fans are unhappy, as the game is set at a certain point in the future, though tinges of sci-fi were evident in other entries of the game. In addition, some were dissatisfied with how the game looked and resembled other futuristic shooters. Along with the absence of spaceships, "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare" is reportedly reserved to those who buy the game's Legacy, Legacy Pro, or Digital Deluxe editions.
The response of the fans to the newest game trailer twisted the trend, as "Call of Duty" normally lures fans and gamers with its teaser clips. For the time being, "Infinite Warfare" stands as the one of the most disliked "Call of Duty" game installment, as opposed to other titles like "Advanced Warfare," "Ghosts," and "Black Ops 3."
According to VG247, "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare" is comparable to a trojan horse, because the game features same gameplay, from shooting things to playing PVPs. As per the publication, favorite maps and modes have returned and they suggest limitations when it comes to new concepts and approaches on how players prevent shooting each other's faces.
"Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare" is set to be released for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on Nov. 4, 2016. Watch the trailer here.
