'Call of Duty: Black Ops 3' Release Date, News: PC and Xbox One DLC Coming Out Next Week

After first releasing the DLC for "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" to Playstation 4 on April 19, it's now the turn of Xbox One and PC players to get their hands on the game which will drop on both platforms on May 19, according to the latest news update.

The "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" Eclipse DLC, which is available for $15, will have four multiplayer maps such as the Verge, Rift, Spire and Knockout; it also developed the Zombies mode by adding a new chapter dubbed "Zetsubou No Shima.

Aside from Eclipse, Activision is also working on two more DLCs for "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" this year, even if the trailer of "Infinite Warfare" did not impress the gamers much.

But Activision's publishing boss Eric Hirshberg is not bothered by all the criticims of "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare."

He explained, "We have more people playing Black Ops 3 than any title in our history, and this is despite the number of initial dislikes the reveal trailer reveal received. Like Black Ops 3, Infinite Warfare is set in the future. If we never took creative risks we wouldn't have a franchise."

Season pass holders, meanwhile, can download the Eclipse DLC for free, according to the news report.

They also get one new weapon under the Weapons Bribe program, along with new contracts that will help them get more in-game currrencies that can be used to purchase more weapons.

Gotta be Mobile in a news article reported that players don't need to purchase a season pass for the "Black Ops 3: Call of Duty" to get more weapons under the new DLC. However, for those who are impatient, they can opt for a season pass.
