'Call Of Duty Black Ops 3' DLC 2 Release Date: Post-'Awakening’ DLC Set For April and May Launch
In line with "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3," it has been revealed that its second DLC is set to be released in April and May this year.
According to Gotta Be Mobile, the "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" DLC 2 is going to be released in April on the PlayStation 4 and in May on Microsoft Windows and Xbox One. As per the publication, the release of the second DLC is set to be in the first week of the aforementioned months; however, there are possibilities that the said DLC would arrive following a "massive" update this month.
Aside from the game's release date, the maps for "Black Ops 3" DLC 2 have also been revealed. Four maps have reportedly been included in the DLC. Twitter user Ryan took to his social media account a link of the aforementioned maps. On Mar. 7, he wrote "New DLC 2? Not confirmed but i trust my sources," along with a link from Gyazo.
It has also been revealed that the anticipated "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" will feature a new zombie experience, along with new weapons. News items, such as a calling card, nameplate, along with the said weapons came near the game's "Awakening" DLC and they can be obtained via earning or purchasing Cryptokeys. The "Black Ops 3" season pass is reportedly required to gain automatic access to the new weapons.
According to Parent Herald, "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" also has a new hotfix, which reportedly deactivates the Double Weapon XP.
With regard to the price of the game's upcoming DLC 2, it has been revealed that "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" DLC 2 costs $14.99 as a standalone purchase while the "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" season pass can be purchased at $49.99. The season pass includes "Awakening," DLC 2, DLC 3, and DLC 4.
The "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" DLC 2 is playable on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Microsoft Windows.
