‘Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare’ News: Official Trailer Released, Dedicated Servers, Gameplay [VIDEO]

CoD fans will be excited to learn that developer Activision has revealed a new gameplay trailer for the upcoming title 'Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare', weeks ahead of its release on November 4.

The trailer provides a sneak peek into the 'Advanced Warfare' single player campaign as well as 'Titanfall' style soldiers equipped with exosuit that enable them to move quickly.

Also, Kevin Spacey's character, Jonathan Irons, is featured in the new official trailer.

Apparently, players will be able to assume the role of Jack Mitchell, a special unit soldier under Atlas, the Private Military Corporation headed by Irons.

Meanwhile, 'Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare' developer Sledgehammer just confirmed that the game will support dedicated servers-after several such complaints have haunted the game developers years back.

"We've got some announcements coming. Yes, we will be supporting dedicated servers and there will be announcements soon on which providers and platforms. I can't answer just yet, but you can let your community know it's coming," Sledgehammer Co-Founder Michael Condrey said in a statement.

The inclusion of dedicated servers in 'Advanced Warfare' will improve connection strength and allow players to stay online for longer periods of time. This will reportedly improve the overall gaming experience by letting players run servers the way they want and give them the ability to connect to servers themselves.

Meanwhile, various pro-gamers tested out 'Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare' and described their experience in this review video.

TMartn described it as having the "same feel" as past CoD games and further said that it was "absolutely amazing." ChaosXSilencer commended the developers for "stepping out of the box."

Meanwhile, Optic Midnite said that she liked how 'Advanced Warfare' is "extremely fast-paced that adds a whole new mobility to the game" never seen before.

'Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare' will arrive on November 4, 2014 for PC, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One.

Meanwhile, pre-orders of the game are available on November 3 through the Day Zero Edition.
