Building 429 New Album 'We Wont Be Shaken' June 2013, Playing With Newsboys & Their Headlining Tour 2013
"Building 429" sixth studio album, We Wont Be Shaken, will be coming out this June and is officially available for pre-order now.
The Pop/Rock band has already been on the Top Billboard charts for their latest Dove nominated single "Where I Belong". The single is nominated for the Top Christian single, along with having 51 first week radio add-ons. "Where I Belong" has also tied for the most added single for 2013 and debuts Top 5 on the iTunes Christian single chart.
The Essential Records band has began their countdown to releasing their new album and are being held on a pedestal to their No.1 Billboard National Christian audience. With still holding the 'Song of the Year' spot for 2013, the band is still pleasing fans with their Rock spin to Christian music.
Building 429 believes that this new album will capture the many aspects of the band mates that people see often, but not enough. We Wont Be Shaken will contain special features as high-note vocals, the dedicated musicianship, and lastly the inspiring songwriting that makes up the newest album.
"We feel like we've made the most focused record of our career. We knew what we were trying to accomplish. We wanted to push the limits of what people were expecting of us, while maintaining absolute laser focus on meeting our current fans where they are. We are totally committed to the body of Christ and Church more then ever before" stated Jon Roy, lead singer.
As the band readies for the release of their sixth album, they express quite frequently that they know who the band is now more then ever.
The band has been on the road touring since early Spring with fellow Christian artists as Newsboys, All Things News, and the new dynamic duo, Campbell on the "Gods Not Dead" showcase.
After the tour had ended this past month, "Building 429" jumped right back on their tour bus to officially launch their headlining tour "Give Me Jesus". The band will be accompanied by the Rhett Walker band, Finding Flavour, and Carlos Whittaker throughout their summer blowout. The tour began on April 19th with a three night rock out that started in Atlanta, Georgia.
Building 429 has already seen major success with their title track already out on itunes and their last album Iris to Iris.
The tour will continue throughout the end of summer and early December. For more information go their site at HERE.
