Bruno Mars to Perform Show at Halftime of Super Bowl XLVIII Feb 2014, Watch Announcement Here (VIDEO)

The NFL Super Bowl, America's yearly most watched television event has announced their halftime performer for the 2014 Super Bowl XLVIII in Feb. Pepsi and the NFL have announced that Bruno Mars has gotten the call to perform for the biggest show an artist can ever play. 

Beyonce' brought a strong performance at last years Superbowl (earlier this year Feb. 2013) so Bruno Mars will have his hands full. 

This might be an odd choice to many as some might think Bruno Mars is still on his way up and not a star with enough longevity to hold his own on America's biggest stage.

However, Bruno Mars has quite an extensive collection of hit songs from the last few years, plenty to do a 15 minute performance. Also, Bruno Mars can actually sing great live, so you know he would give a strong performance. 

Bruno Mars has been on a U.S. arena tour so he has been improving his stage and lights show which will help him cover the massive stage that they will build to what ever he wishes to make it visually stunning.
