Did the Government Have a Hand in Brittany Murphy and Simon Monjack's Death?

In the wake of allegations that Brittany Murphy was poisoned leading to her surprising death in 2009, the "Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner-Coroner has no plans to reopen," the case.

We stand by our original reports," Chief Coroner Investigator Craig Harvey told The Huffington Post. "We have not been presented any [third] party lab test results for analysis, so we are unable to comment on publicized reports of private lab tests."

Branded a "domestic terrorist" for whistle-blowing problems with the Department of Homeland Security in 2004, Murphy's friend and confidant Julie Davis claims the department is responsible for the actress' death.

RadarOnline alleges that the Clueless actress and her late husband Simon Monjack believed the government was watching them. Monjack also believed Davis' claims that the government had a hand in the death of his wife. Just 5 months later Monjack, a British citizen, died of the same causes-pneumonia and acute anemia.

In the documentary Top Priority-The Terrorist Within, Davis and her husband BJ claim that the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement arrested Monjack for an expired visa and tried to scare him into leaving the country. The documentary claimed that Murphy and Monjack were on the Homeland Security watch list for helping Davis in a lawsuit against the government for wrongful imprisonment.

In the documentary Davis also talks about her neighbor Matthew Judd's alleged taping of a black hawk raid over their house. Only a few weeks Judd was found dead in his home at age 25.

Do you think Murphy and her husband were delusional and paranoid or did the government have something to do with both of their deaths?
