'Breaking Bad' Alternate Ending Featuring 'Malcolm in the Middle' Reprise, It Was All A Dream
Ever wonder if the producers behind AMC's series juggernaut Breaking Bad ever had a different Season 6 ending in mind? An alternate scene leaked yesterday, that has since been removed due to copyright infringement.
The clip featured Malcolm in the Middle cast member Jane Kaczmarek and Bryan Cranston lying in bed together. In the scene Hal [Cranston] wakes up from a nightmare that was brought on by a bad bout with fried Twinkies.
The dream featured details from the Breaking Bad plot such as Jesse Pinkman whom he describes as a man-child.
"He used the b-word a lot," Hal tells his wife.
Rumors of the Malcolm in the Middle alternate ending sparked online after Kaczmarek was seen on set while filming the final season of Breaking Bad. Kaczmarek's son George even got a small role as extra on the show.
"Bryan made George an extra in the show," Kaczmarek told the Huffington Post. "It was in a Mexican restaurant, so for a 13-year-old kid to be an extra and also to be able to eat Mexican food all day ... But in the next couple of days, I got an email from Bryan saying, 'Nice Twitter.' And I thought, 'What?' and I asked my son George and he didn't know anything about it ..."
Good luck trying to find the clip anywhere online.
