The Boston Celtics will battle the Brooklyn Nets on October 29 at the TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts.

The game will begin at 7:30 pm ET and can be viewed online through live stream via the link provided below (free for subscribers).

The Celtics will open their season at home against the Nets on Wednesday night, when Brooklyn power forward/center Kevin Garnett returns to "Beantown."

Boston power forward Jared Sullinger talked about facing his former teammate (Garnett) in their upcoming matchup.

"Pick-and-pop, one dribble left to a pull-up: that's his go-to. And of course, the over-the-right-shoulder fadeaway. You watch it so many times - I mean, hell, I watched it so many times in practice during his routine - so you know it's coming. It's just, how are you going to make him miss," said Sullinger to reporters.

"That's a dinosaur compared to what I'm going through. It's a long process. That's a hell of an accomplishment. And hopefully many more to come."

Meanwhile, the Nets are looking to get their first game of the season, when they play in front of a hostile and passionate crowd in Boston on Wednesday night.

However, former Celtics Kevin Garnett has a lot of fond memories returning to the city where he won his only NBA championship when he teamed up with Paul Pierce and Ray Allen (to form the original "Big 3") during the 2007-2008 campaign.

Garnett recently talked about his current situation as a Net after his former teammate Paul Pierce was not re-signed by the organization in the off-season.

"It's all good," said Garnett.

"We are not predicated to anything. I think what he's saying is he wants me out there. Times where I need the rest, I think he will provide it for me. But we are not going to preset anything. We are going to go through this thing as if we never went through last year, as if I'm still playing for Doc [Rivers] or Flip [Saunders] or whoever. I prepared myself for it mentally and I'm ready for it."
