‘Bones’ Season 10 Spoilers: Emily Deschanel Reveals Conspiracies Against Brennan and Booth

Fox's forensic comedy-drama series, Bones, closed Season 9 with lots of puzzles awaiting answer from inside the Jeffersonian team. Emily Deschanel disclosed that conspiracy plots could be in the works against Dr. Brennan and Agent Booth, as Season 10 opens this Fall.

In an interview with TV Guide, executive producer Stephen Nathan revealed that Season 10 is not going to take the traditional serial killer strategy. Rather, Bones is taking the audience into the unknown with Brennan and Booth struggling against the FBI.

"Booth is in handcuffs; Brennan has been taken into custody for questioning, and has been dragged away from Booth. The pain of their separation as well as the uncertainty of how this is going to play out is really how we wanted to leave the audience because it does a few things for us," said Nathan confirming that the relationship solidifies in Season 10.

Further, Bones will also be dealing with intertwined conspiracy stories that Nathan metaphorically described as "peeling an onion skin," reported TV Guide. Viewers can expect a lot of plot twists among the major characters especially since Booth is under the FBI's scrutiny.

Nathan spoke to TV Guide about evolution in Bones' all new episodes. "Everybody is going to be evolving. It's a time in people's lives where they go, 'Let me find out what it is I really want and how I can be most valuable.' That's what we're drawing from for Season 10."

Bones Season 10 opens up with David Boreanaz spending time in prison awaiting his trial. The show is expected to return in September 2014.
