‘Bones’ Season 10 Spoilers: Booth Gets His Own Protege and Faces Hard Prison Time

As 'Bones' Season 9's finale ends in a cliff-hanger, fans are looking for answers as to what's in store for their favorite characters on the show.

The show's power couple, Booth and Brennan, appear to be heading in separate directions and will each undertake their own protégés.

According to Zap2it, Seeley Booth will have a great comeback to his FBI career and that the production is already casting for his protégé.

The new guy will be named James Aubrey, according to TVLine. He is said to be an amateur agent in his 20's who is described as "charming, charismatic, [and] politically ambitious."

In an interview with GiveMeMyRemote and ScreenFad, producers Jonathan Collier and Stephen Nathan revealed a couple of hints on what the next season might offer, including Booth's extended stay behind bars.

"He'll be waiting for the murder of those FBI agents," Nathan said.

He also added that Booth will have a difficult time maneuvering the legal problems he is facing.

"He's been charged with a capital crime, and the case against him appears to be rock solid, he also has to deal with the burden of being vilified by the FBI-an organization which he's served with honor and integrity for years," Nathan said.

Regarding the conspiracies not detailed in Season 9, the producers said the viewer have to watch out for everyone as suspects, "Everyone should be worthy of suspicion," Nathan said.

'Bones' Season 10 is set to air this Fall on FOX.
