Last week, Nucky, fresh from Florida, made his way to the city of brotherly love, Philadelphia to figure out how to resolve the Willie liquor problem. Agent Knox is still trying to get Eddie Kessler to spill the beans about Nucky's organization. Van Alden is still wit the Capones and forced to enforce their will on people who didn't vote for their backed candidate.

In tonight's episode Nucky heads back to Tampa, after an awkward reunion with Margaret. He's back down South dealing with the real estate deal with McCoy, even though the tycoon is dead.

Richard Harrow also makes his way back to the East coast sin city, the Boardwalk. To try and impress his boss, J. Edgar Hoover, Agent Knox figures out a new way to get inside Nucky's ring. This time he's manipulating Nucky's brother Eli into trusting him.
