Microsoft Surface Pro 3 comes with a 12-inch screen display and runs on Windows 8.1 OS. This tablet is significantly thinner and measures just 9.1 mm thick, while it weighs only 800 grams. It is packed with a Haswell processor and comes in 64 GB and 128 GB models having 4 GB RAM. The high-end 512 GB and 256 GB versions come with a bigger 8 GB RAM. Samsung Galaxy Note Pro 12.2

Earlier this year, Samsung also released a powerful tablet - the Samsung Galaxy Note Pro 12.2, which comes with the S Pen stylus and S Pen-optimized software features. The Samsung Galaxy Note Pro 12.2 has a large12.2-inch Super Clear LCD display along with 2560 x 1600 pixel resolution. Samsung Galaxy Note Pro 12.2 is available in 32 GB and 64 GB internal storage variants which can be expanded up to 64 GB using microSD slot. The 32 GB tablet is priced at $639.99, while the 64 GB comes for $739.00 in Amazon.

Sony Xperia Z2

Sony also released the Xperia Z2 tablet in February 2014 at the Mobile World Congress tech event and the device is one of the thinnest tablets available. The Xperia Z2 boasts IP58 rating, which denotes that the device is dust proof and water resistant. It comes with a 10.1-inch screen display with 1200 x 1920 pixel resolution or 224 ppi.

The Sony Xperia Z2 packed with a quad-core Snapdragon 801 processor clocked at 2.3 GHz along with 3 GB of RAM.
