Despite all the rumors surrounding Beyonce and Jay-Z, in terms of divorce, the two are apparently still together and recently took part in a family gathering.

Once again, the gossip about the A-List couple has been knocked down a notch, as Queen Bey and Rapper Jay-Z were spotted on July 29, in Newark, New Jersey. The two were attending the opening of a new restaurant by  Jay-Z's mother. According to reports, the couple participated in the ribbon cutting and the champagne toasts.

A photo taken of the scene was the first one, in a long time, where the two musical artists were in the same frame, but not posing beside each other. Looking at the photo, it seems like they were happy just being with their family and having a good time.

Stepping back into the rumors about a divorce, nothing much has changed as Beyonce and Jay-Z remain silent on the matter.

Recently, Beyonce posted a photo on Instagram showing her husband Jay-Z carrying their daughter, Blue Ivy. She posted a caption underneath that read, "My favorite shade is Jay Z blue." It was a sweet photo and it would again falsify rumors thrown at them. Also, there have been reports that Jay-Z allegedly arranged a five-week vacation himself and his wife.

With the recent social media photos, reports now claim that those were only acts to hide what is really happening in the family. According to the New York Daily News, an alleged "close friend" of the couple said that both of them have been advised to play up their happy family act for the paparazzi and on social media.

While all of this remains speculation, fans of the A-List pair can remember where it all started. The rumors emerged right after elevator footage was leaked, showing Beyonce's sister, Solange, physically attacking Jay-Z.
