'Better Call Saul' Season 2 Premiere, Trailer: Jimmy McGill Faces A Tough Battle In A Promo Art
With the release of a new promo art, it looks like Jimmy McGill is set to face a tough battle, along with fun moments, in "Better Call Saul" season 2, according to the latest spoilers.
The new promo art for "Better Call Saul" season 2 has been shared by the crew on the show's official Facebook account. It features "Saturday Night Live" star Bob Odenkirk's McGill holding his suitcase on the road, which is noted to be slanted or sloped. According to Christian Post, the promo art suggests a shift in McGill's life from a straight road to an uphill one.
The new "Better Call Saul" promo art was "jarring," according to Carter Matt. The publication mentioned that the art suggested twists of perspective, leaving fans curious on how McGill remains on a good stance and without falling over at a sloped road. While the photo might have been photo edited, it is assumed that Odenkirk could also have done a clever work on such stance.
Fans are also set to see a more rebellious side of McGill's personality in "Better Call Saul" season 2. Carter Matt revealed that McGill is set to realize that he no longer wanted to be under other people's rules, except for his own. In addition, the character is going to be seen "pulling out all of the stops" to get what he desired.
Aside from life challenges, McGill is also set to experience positive things, according to Crossmap. As per the publication, fans would be seeing the characters journey and transition to becoming Saul Goodman, along with details that would reveal the backstory of the nickname "Slippin Jimmy."
"Better Call Saul" season 2 is set to premiere on Feb 15 on AMC.
