'Batman vs Superman' Movie Release Date News, Spoilers: 'Dawn of Justice' Filming in Full Swing

The Battle Royale between fans of Batman and Superman looks to be far away as the release date for the movie is set in 2016. The movie 'Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice' has been in the news lately because Ben Affleck has been criticized for sporting his new Batsuit and his Batmobile.

However, the focus now has shifted to the scenes being filmed in Mexico and entertainment networks have been sneaky trying to get pictures of the huge set erected in the desert near Deming.

A huge set resembling an ancient fort has been erected. According to CNET, an advertisement had been placed in the newspaper for extras from age 8 and above to film a crucial scene of the movie. The setting is rumored to be the scene of the final showdown between the two superheroes.

Meanwhile an individual who worked as an extra on the set of the film has revealed a major plot in an interview with a local television news station. On a side note, the individual could attract a fine of $5 million for breaching the non-disclosure agreement with Warner Bros.

The extra has revealed that Robin, alias Carrie Kelly, will be played by Jean Malone. The character of Robin, which has been traditionally male, has been changed to a female in this movie. The actress has also been spotted shooting for the film in Detroit.

Another scene was wrapped up in the Art Museum of the Michigan State University Campus. Here Bruce Wayne and Lex Luthor battle it out and sources say that the scenes will involve military warfare and special effects.
