In latest Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice news, there are reports that three villains will join forces with criminal mastermind Lex Luthor in the new movie which stars Henry Cavil, Ben Affleck and Gal Gadot.

According to Christian Today, it claims the three foes that will oppose Superman, Batman, and Wonder Woman in the Justice League prequel will be Morgan Edge, Victor Zsazs and David Cain.

Morgan Edge is a ruthless businessman who ran a television station called WGBS in Metropolis. At one point it was believed Edge was affiliated with mob organization, but it was then revealed (in the comic books) that it was his clone who joined the group after it was created by one of Superman greatest villains, Darkseid (the despotic ruler of the hellish planet Apokolips).

David Cain is known as one of the greatest bounty hunters in DC Comics history, who made his debut when he was hired by Two-Face to kill one of Batman's greatest allies, Commissioner James (Jim) Gordon. However, his plans to assassinate Gotham City's top cop was foiled by Cain's daughter Cassandra (who would later become known as Batgirl after other women including Commissioner Gordon's daughter Barbara [aka Oracle] no longer went by that moniker anymore). In addition, Cain is also a member of League of Assassins which is led by one of Batman's arch nemesis Ra's al Ghul, the father of Talia, one of the Cape Crusader's numerous love interests. Scoot McNairy is rumored to play the role of Cain in the future film.

The last but definitely not least villain rumored to face the World's Finest superheroes is serial killer Victor Zsazs. Zsazs's weapon of choice is a knife, which he also uses to mark his skin in order to count each time he slays someone. As a result, he has a lot tally marks all over his body.

The new Batman vs Superman: Dawn of Justice film stars Henry Cavill as Superman, Ben Affleck as Batman, Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, Amy Adams (Lois Lane), Laurence Fishburne (Perry White), Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor, Jeremy Irons as Alfred Pennyworth, Diane Lane (Martha Kent), Ray Fisher as Cyborg, Tao Okamoto, Callan Mulvey and Oscar Award winning actress Holly Hunter.

The Batman vs. Superman film is expected to arrive in movie theaters on May 6, 2016.
