Batman vs Superman Movie Cast News: Batman Costume 'Batsuit' Delayed Disappointing Dark Knight Fans (VIDEO)
Hollywood actor Ben Affleck has had to deal with widespread backlash after being cast as Batman in the new Zack Snyder's Man of Steel sequel, unofficially referred to at present as "Batman vs Superman," however, despite the controversy of his casting, comic book devotees are still interested in seeing the Dark Knight's costume for the movie. Unfortunately, new rumors claim that a delay may have occurred.
Forbes' Mark Hughes posted a message on Twitter on Monday stating now he believes the costume unveiling to happen next month to correspond with the start date of shooting.
"Okay update time: I've been hearing the MOS sequel will likely start filming around the end of March (as most of you've prob heard)," wrote Forbes on Twitter on February 17 adding "& that the bat-suit & WW suit reveals will likely drop before/around the start of filming, as magazine covers."
Forbes had formerly sent the following message on Twitter, "Okay, fans, get ready, a bat-suit & WW reveal seems to be imminent, as in possibly days away."
He then wrote, "The delay in start of filming might push it back a tad, but I'm hearing it may drop as originally planned in next 10 to 12 days."
In addition, he updated the news on Valentine's Day when he wrote, "FYI I'm hearing the bat-suit reveal is likely pushed back a bit due to the delay in filming. That's not confirmed, but I trust the info."
Furthermore, Forbes also tweeted the following, "The upside is, the reveal sounds like it'll be bigger & cooler than previously thought!"
The "Batman Vs. Superman" movie will appear in theaters on May 6, 2016.
