'Avengers: Age of Ultron' Movie Spoilers, Cast Rumors: Hulk and Black Widow Romance?
Avengers: Age of Ultron is still a year short of its worldwide release next year, but rumors surrounding the film reveal that Black Widow and Hulk will be engaged in a brand new romance. IndieWire reported that this would not be a smooth-sailing relationship considering Mark Ruffalo's character's tendency for anger.
According to the post, Bruce Banner will fall in love with Black Widow, played by Scarlett Johansson, but his uncontrollable wrath will serve as a major hindrance. Additionally, Jane Foster played by Natalie Portman will be absent from the film, and Chris Hemsworth's character Thor, will not be involved with another leading lady.
Meanwhile, Robert Downey, Jr. might not reappear in his lead role as Tony Stark in the upcoming Iron Man 4. The 49-year-old actor said that though his portrayal as Iron Man in the past three sequels has been close to his heart, director Jon Favreau said that he might choose not to reprise his role.
Design Trend quoted Favreau, "I think people would love to see Robert Downey continue the Iron Man character, but he's done it quite a bit now. I've had a few movies off, so it's a lot easier for me to say that it should be done. I hope he continues doing it and, as long as he fits in that suit, there's no reason he shouldn't."
Avengers: Age of Ultron opens on May 1, 2015 with the Avengers charging for a battle against Baron von Strucker together with antagonists Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver.
