'Assassin's Creed 5: Unity' New Female Character, Is She An Ally or An Enemy?
Ubisoft's upcoming title, 'Assassin's Creed 5: Unity', recently released another video and fans are left with questions, as this time around the footage showcased a mysterious red headed female character.
While there is little information about the new character, besides the video trailer, fans really want to know what purpose she serves in the game. The main questions tied to her appearance is whether or not she will be a friend or foe, to popular protagonist, Arno.
The trailer starts off with Arno racing to save someone who is about to be executed. He heads toward the town square where French soldiers are positioned, with guillotines at the ready.
While Arno is able to prevent the execution, the trailer exposes the face of the mysterious red-headed woman. Also it's important to note that she's wearing the symbol of the Templar Order around her neck, but she's no assassin.
Fans wonder why Arno would take such leaps and bounds to rescue someone that is deemed an enemy.
As the trailer goes on, it is revealed that the mysterious woman is none other than Elise, who is said to be a central character in the story, according to Kpopstarz.
A source also hinted that Elise and Arno will develop somewhat of a bond during the game, regardless of their affiliation to opposing forces. Beyond the game footage, the trailer also features two bonuses, "Guillotine Spin-to-Win Game" and "The Chemical Revolution Mission".
