It looks like some of the celebrity world is getting in on the Amanda Bynes fiasco. Ashley Benson, from ABC Family's Pretty Little Liars stirred the pot with a photo she posted to her Instagram and Twitter account, posing as the recently hospitalized Amanda Bynes.

Benson's tweet and photo read: "Doing my Amanda Bynes look this afternoon,"

Benson, who is no stranger to drama on her hit teen television show, has apologized for posting the photo today.

"To clear up the whole instagram thing. I had no idea what her situation was. Truly sorry if I offended anyone," Benson posted to her Twitter.

The social media jab comes in the wake of Bynes being hospitalized for allegedly starting a fire at an unrelated Californian home in Thousand Oaks.

According unnamed eyewitness sources, Amanda sprayed her dog with gasoline and lit her own pants on fire.

Authorities still aren't sure what Bynes was trying to accomplish Monday night. Apparently Bynes' parents live near by.

The police could legally detain her for behaving in a way that could be the "result of a mental disorder, a danger to others or to himself or herself or gravely disabled."

A source close to Bynes says she is on the mend.

"Amanda seems to be doing well. The thing with Amanda is that it isn't as bizarre as it seems. She knows when to pull it together and act normal," the source said.
