Arsenal vs Anderlecht Live Stream Free: Watch Champions League Football Online (TV Schedule)
Arsenal battles Anderlecht on October 22 at the Constant Vanden Stock Stadium in Anderlecht, Brussels. The game starts at 2:45 pm ET and can be watched online through free live stream via the link provided below (free for subscribers).
Arsenal midfielder Mathieu Flamini expressed his thoughts regarding his teammates multiple injuries this season.
"We're having injuries but we don't want to hide behind any excuses," said Flamini to reporters.
"We're facing the truth - we didn't win on Saturday and we'll try to find a solution for the next games."
Flamini's Arsenal teammate Per Mertesacker echoed his colleague's comments and sentiments regarding their side's inconsistent play.
"At the moment we are having a bad period, but we didn't lose," said Mertesacker, according to Arsenal World website.
"Let's focus on winning the next game. Football is made of pragmatism and realism so let's focus to go to Anderlecht and win the game."
Arsenal previously crushed Galatasaray by a final score of 4-1 on October 1.
Nacho Monreal reveals that his team must overcome their injuries if they want to continue their winning ways this season.
"Injuries are a handicap to us but if we do want to go through in the Champions League we are going to need everyone playing at the top of their game. We will not use injuries as an excuse. The squad is 24 or 25 players and the rest of the squad has to come in and maintain our level..." said Monreal to reporters.
"I haven't played much as a central defender, I'm naturally more of a left-back, but if the manager wants me to play there, I would do my best. Injuries affect all teams but we have had some bad luck. Many of our important players are out and that obviously has an impact."
Meanwhile, Anderlecht is looking to defend their home field when they battle the UK squad on Wednesday afternoon.
In addition, Anderlecht is hoping to spoil Arsenal rookie goalie Emiliano Martinez performance after his (Martinez) fellow goaltender teammates Wojciech Szczesny (suspension) and David Ospina (injury) are both unable to start on October 22.
