Season 3 Episode 3 is called "Corto Maltese" and will involve an island that already exists on the show. While there is no additional information concerning what else is incorporated in the episode, rumors hint that it has something to do with John Diggle.

Beyond that, spoilers of 'Arrow' Season 3 have revealed that a romance will blossom between Oliver and Felicity. It seems as though the pair will go on their first date together sometime next season.
