'Arrow' is currently in full swing with its third season, and fans are looking forward to more exciting episodes as the series' storyline progresses. Next up on the list is 'Arrow' Season 3 Episode 7, entitled "Draw Back Your Bow," which airs November 19 on the CW.

Stepping into spoilers, fans will see Felicity, played by Emily Bett Rickards, getting asked out on a date. Additionally, a guest character in the episode will reveal and she has an obsession with Arrow and Oliver Queen.

Last but not least, spoilers from IBTimes reveal that a new Black Canary costume will be revealed in the upcoming episode.

Fans of the series have been waiting to see Katie Cassidy putting on her Black Canary suit since the first season of the show. Now the moment that fans have been waiting for is upon them as Episode 7 goes on to tell the story of Carrie Cutter.

The official synopsis for the episode reads, "Oliver tries to stop Arrow-obsessed serial killer Carrie Cutter, who is convinced Arrow is her one true love and will stop at nothing to get his attention. Unfortunately, her way of getting noticed is to kill people."

Television aficionados will recognize the actress that plays Carrie Cutter, Amy Gumenick, as she has also starred in another popular CW series, 'Supernatural'. On that note, fans can recall that Cutter calls herself Cupid in the fanal seconds of 'Arrow' Season 3 Episode 6.

The synopsis from TV.com for Episode 7 reads, "Ray asks Felicity to be his date for a work dinner with some important clients; and Thea auditions new DJs for Verdant and meets a brash DJ with whom she immediately clashes."

On that note, it seems that the synopsis is not the only signification that Ray and Felicity will be getting together soon. Apparently, fans of the series have been expecting this to happen, since the storyline has been giving clues leading up to something like this for the longest time.

Evidently, it has not been confirmed that the two will in fact be dating as the series continues to air the episodes in Season 3, but there's another interesting note about about Ray that has surfaced on the Internet.

Also, there's a chance that fans will be able to see the character Ray dress up as the superhero- The Atom.
