‘Arrow’ Season 3 Episode 2 Spoilers: Season Premiere Recap, ‘Sara’ Official Synopsis- Secret's Out?

CW's 'Arrow' Season 3 returns to the air with Episode 2, entitled "Sara," which will reveal that another mysterious archer codenamed "Komodo" will return to Starling forcing the Arrow team to investigate.

'Arrow' opened its third season with "The Calm" which showcased Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) as Arrow, a hero watching over Starling City.

Crime rates have gone down, which lead Captain Quentin Lance (Paul Blackthorne) to call off the Anti-Vigilante Task Force, and allows Oliver to push his luck and ask out Felicity Smoak (Emily Bett Rickards).

However, while Oliver is on cloud nine, yet another dangerous villain appears in Starling, forcing him to come to the conclusion that "he can never be Oliver Queen-not as long as the city needs The Arrow."

On that note, the synopsis of Episode 2 revealed that another archer will appear in Starling, one who seems to be bothering businessmen in town, which leads Lance to signal Arrow for help.

John Diggle (David Ramsey) will need the service of Advanced Research Group United Support (A.R.G.U.S.) to expose who the mysterious archer lurking around town is-apparently he is Simon Lacroix (guest star Matt Ward) who names himself Komodo.

Meanwhile, the Arrow team faces challenges and seeks help from an unexpected person by the name of Laurel Lance (Katie Cassidy).

Meanwhile, Oliver is concerned that he hasn't heard from Thea Quinn (Willa Holland) which leads Roy Harper (Colton Haynes) to finally reveal why she left Starling.

Ray Palmer (Brandon Routh) will also reportedly try to win over Felicity.

Furthermore, the flashback shows that Maseo (guest star Karl Yune) admits to Oliver that his first kill was directed by Amanda Waller. While Oliver catches a glimpse of the scope of the rifle, he discovers that the target is Tommy Merlyn (guest star Colin Donnell).

Also, Laurel is conflicted about giving up a secret involving Sara (Caity Lotz) and Lance because she promised her sister that she wouldn't tell.

'Arrow' airs with Episode 2 "Sara" tonight, October 15, at 9 pm on The CW.
