Arrested Development Season 4 on Netflix: Trailer, New Season Debuts Sunday, May 26 2013 / "Power Watching" New TV Trend? [VIDEO]

Arrested Development fans, the wait is over. The twisted comedy is returning for it's fourth season on Netflix. After the hugely successful House of Cards, Netflix will debut Arrested Development Season 4 in it's entirety. That means after 3:01 a.m. ET on Sunday, fans will have 15 hours of new Arrested Development material.

It's hard to believe after years of movie rumors and comeback reports, that the show is finally on television again. Well Netflix that is.

The Mitch Hurwitz creation aired on FOX for three seasons and earned plenty of critical praise but could never get the viewership FOX hoped for and was ultimately canceled. Arrested Development still remains a cult favorite and has been one of the most anticipated shows this year.

"Clearly a lot of people DIDN'T like the show," says Jason Bateman [who plays Michael Bluth], "so I guess all we were hearing from were those who do -- and that happens to be a brand of people who are not afraid of speaking their minds."

But where will Hurwitz, Ron Howard and the rest of the cast take the show?

Netflix is quickly becoming a major player in scripted televsion. The "power watching" method is obviously not a problem for the millions of viewers that tuned into House of Cards back in February. The April debut of "Hemlock Grove" saw good ratings, and the upcoming women-prison series "Orange is the New Black" expected in June is shaping up to be a pretty good spring/summer lineup for the TV/Film database.
