Apple’s New 5.7-inch iPhone To Come In Up To Six Colors: Production Is Ramping Up

According to reports, Apple is exploring 4.7-inch and 5.7-inch iPhone models, including a $99 plastic iPhone model coming in up to six Colors.

As one report reveals, suppliers "have been approached with plans for the larger screens," meaning Apple has an idea for the product, but have yet to confirm its release as is usual for the Cupertino company. From this we can gather how Apple works.

Regarding the plan, the company worded the mission statement for the WWDC conference as, "If everyone is busy making everything, how can anyone perfect anything? We start to confuse convenience with joy, abundance with choice. Designing something requires focus. The first thing we ask is, what do we want people to feel? Delight, surprise, love, connection, then we begin to craft around our intention. It takes time... there are a thousand no's for every yes. We simplify, we perfect, we start over, and until everything we touch enhances each life it touches. Only then do we sign our work."

The above statement is pretty clear and it is apparent Apple work on development a lot, and has several ideas which it won't release anytime soon. The key difference between Samsung and Apple can easily be found through their standards. Apple has a high quality standard and a focused product line.

By now we have heard plenty of news and reports about the explored products, which as of yet are not released. Most of the analyst says that the company needs a cheaper gadget to push its growth market all over the world. It may be a way of countering Samsung's current edge. During the recent WWDC conference, when CEO Tim Cook was asked why Apple hasn't launched different sized iPhones, he answered, "We haven't so far. That doesn't shut off the future.

Trial production was originally started in June, but the color mixture is taking a long time to complete with Apple's high expectations on quality and idealistic standards.

The report cites sources from Apple suppliers, who say the company has approached them about making these different types of devices. However, one source cautioned that Apple has a tendency to change plans at the last moment, so it's unclear if these plans are final.

What you can count on as more likely, is that Apple will be releasing the next generation of iPhone in September. The report says the company will begin test production next month, and then ramp it up in August making it ready for launch the following month.
