Apple iOS 7 Release, Features, Rumors / Beta iOS 7 Gets New Design, Concept [VIDEO]

Apple CEO Tim Cook revealed the brand new look of Apple's latest operating system rehaul, iOS 7. Previous iOS users won't recognize the new iOS 7 once it's released this fall. But it's not just a visual upgrade, the operating system will feel different and include a lot of new features.

First let's look at the new design of iOS 7. All of the apps and backgrounds have been replaced with new vibrant icons. The overall look is less cluttered with a modern minimalism.

Apple fans loved the new addition of the pull-down Notification center feature a few iOS updates ago. Now with the new iOS 7, not only will the Notification center pull-down remain, there will be a Control Center that you can swipe from the bottom. Now iOS users will have easy access to basic settings like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Airplane and music control. iOS 7 will also feature an all new built-in flashlight app.

Also new to iOS 7 is Siri. Apple's voice activated map and restaurant guru can now be male or female and quicker at processing and answering questions.

Camera users will be happy to know iOS 7 will be jam packed with lot's of new photo features. iOS 7 will let you filter photos right after taking them, thus eliminating the need for Instagram. That is, unless you're one of those people who like sharing photos of their cat yawning.

Air Drop is a new sharing feature in iOS 7. Air Drop allows Apple users to share photos wirelessly to a select group of people.
