"American Idol" might have had it's lowest rated season this past year, but that did not mean the contestants on Season 12 did not have talent. In fact, ironically in it's lowest rated season, they arguably had the best Top 3 in "American Idol" history. 

The Top 3 consisted as we all know by now of Candice Glover, Angie Miller and Kree Harrison. Miller, the fan favorite on social media and front runner of the competition got shockingly eliminated from the Top 3 and Candice Glover ended up winning the finale up against Kree Harrison. 

There seems to have been no love lost though as the girls have always talked highly of each other and are constantly posting pictures of them together on Instagram and Twitter. 

With the season over, the next step is always the 'American Idol Tour'. This year, the tour was shortened and certain cities were removed from the original tour list. This is most likely due to lack of support and ticket sales predictions. 

With that said, I do think that the 'American Idol Tour' 2013 will be successful if nothing else, because of the Top 3. Angie Miller seems almost popular enough to sell out a large venue in most cities by herself. Probably not an arena, but when you add Candice and Kree and all of the others fans, I think the shows they do have on the schedule will sell well, but we will wait and see when final sales are announced. 

The Season 12 contestants performing on the 2013 tour will be Candice Glover, Kree Harrison, Angie Miller, Amber Holcomb, Janelle Arthur, Lazaro Arbos, Aubrey Cleland, Burnell Taylor, Devin Velez, Paul Jolley and Curtis Finch Jr. 

Hopefully many of the singers will play new songs that they have been working on and not stick with all covers that they performed in the show, especially the Top 3 since some music of theirs has already been released, like Angie Miller's "You Set Me Free".
