Angelina Jolie Lighter Hair Color [PHOTOS], Donates Money to Pakistani Teen

Angelina Jolie took some time off from saving children from impoverished nations to visit the salon. Jolie, with long-time fiancée Brad Pitt, was seen with a lighter hair color than her usually dark brunette shade at the 2013 Women in the World gala at the Lincoln Center in New York City, April 4.

Jolie, 37, was looking stunning, as usual, in a gorgeous Saint Laurent dress that complimented her new hair color and massive engagement ring from Pitt.

Jolie donated $200,000 to the event that honored 15-year old Pakistani Malala Yousafzi who was shot in the head last year protesting for women's rights and equal-opportunity education.

Though events like this raise awareness for the issues woman face in the Middle East, Jolie knows there's still a long way to go for global equality.

"There's a lot you can learn from this little girl," Jolie said, according to Us Weekly.

"This evening is the beginning. Vital Voices, Women in the World and I started the Malala Fund. It's not a fund in her name, it's hers and she'll be in charge of it. So we believe this is a modest beginning for a big dream and we hope that you will join us."

When asked over a week ago if Pitt and Jolie had finally got married, the lady humanitarian politely declined.

The power couple that is "Brangelina" have been together for over seven years and got engaged in Spring 2012. The couple shares six children together.
