Christian rapper Andy Mineo will be performing at a celebrity basketball event featuring many high profile members of the hip-hop community and NBA.

Called, "Above the Rim Celebrity Basketball Challenge," Mineo will join alongside hip-hop rappers and personalities, Wale, DJ Clue, and Charlamagne. NBA stars, Kemba Walker, Tobias Harris, and Brandon Jennings will there as well as NY Jets football player D'Brickashaw Ferguson. Chris Broussard and Josina Anderson will represent ESPN. Additional guests are comedian Donnell Rawlings and actor Boris Kodjoe.

"We are praying for souls to be touched and saved this night, and we want K.I.N.G. to make a strong showing for The Lord. To that end, we are asking for every K.I.N.G. brother to do everything possible to attend the event and to wear a K.I.N.G. T-shirt. We are hoping to fill the gym with more than 200 brothers in K.I.N.G. T-shirts, which would be a powerful witness of strong, unified Godly manhood!"the press release from The K.I.N.G. Movement said.

The event takes place in New York on May 31 at Christ the King High School. Doors open at 5:30 PM and the game begins at 6:30 PM. Admission is $12 for students with ID, and $20 for adults.
