The Android 4.5 release date has yet to be confirmed by makers, however, lovers of the Google-based system have been touting it as a new "Lollipop" system.

Despite the lack of official confirmation about the name or release date, fans will have something exciting to look at right now as the Android 4.4.3 update is reportedly rolling out soon to the Nexus 5, Nexus 7 and HTC One systems.

A number of leaks have claimed that the Android 4.4.3 update is coming closer, and many expect this to be the final update before the Android 4.5 release comes.

"KTU84D is another 4.4.3 Android build"¦" LlabTooFeR, an ROM developer and HTC insider tweeted on Friday.

There have been a number of alleged sightings of the Nexus 5 running the Android 4.4.3 build KTU65 and Nexus 7 running KTU 79.

The KTU84 indicates that the 84th day of Q1 2014, which falls onto March 26, was the date.

Many feel the update is expected soon as the Android 4.4.2 was the last update to come and that was all the way back in December 2013.

LlabTooFeR claims that the Android 4.4.3 will arrive in April 2014, which means there are just days until it finally arrives.

The update will reportedly help with three dozen fixes that will help to stabilize Android 4.4, reports Gotta Be Mobile.

If that all works out as claimed, the it should clear the way for the Android 4.5 Lollipop to arrive later this year some time.
