Christian rock band Anberlin released "Stranger Ways," their first single off of the band's final album Lowborn.
The album is set to release on June 23rd, and they are returning to their original label, Tooth & Nail to drop the album. It is available for pre-order here.
"I wanted to enjoy the creative process one more time, with no restrictions, no one breathing down my neck for a single," lead singer Christian said in a press release. "Just unadulterated creative freedom."

The band includes Stephen Christian (vocals), Joseph Milligan (guitar), Devon Rexroat (bass), Nathan Young (drums), and Christian McAlhaney (guitar). Anberlin formed in 2002 and have released six other albums that have seen the band reach mainstream audiences as well. "Lowborn reflects true artistic freedom for the band, who felt liberated from any sort of expectation or pressure," the press stated.
"We are honored to welcome Anberlin back to the Tooth & Nail family, and we're humbled that they've chosen to work with us for the final chapter in their storied career," said Brandon Ebel, Tooth & Nail Records' President. "Anberlin is among a few select bands that come to mind when thinking about the legacy of Tooth & Nail Records. We look forward to making Anberlin's final year memorable for everyone!"
The band expressed love for their fans and the desire to make one last record and tour around the world back in January.
"In 2014 we're going to release our final record and tour the world one more time. We don't want to fade out. We want to end with hugs and celebrate the life that was Anberlin and not be bummed about us ending," Anberlin posted to YouTube.
