"American Idol" continues tonight on FOX with the final 2 contestants Candice Glover and Kree Harrison.

This has been a down year for 'Idol' in terms of TV ratings but not a down year in terms of talent.  

The Top 5 were all ladies in the competition for the first time in 'Idol' history and especially when it got down to the Top 3 last week, the talent was stellar. 

The judges for this season (Season 12) called the Top 3, Angie Miller, Candice Glover and Kree Harrison the most talented Top 3 in 'Idol' history. 

Miller, who was a favorite of the show the whole year and was never in the bottom two, got a shocking elimination last week. 

So that leaves the final two of Candice Glover and Kree Harrison. 

Glover has one of the best voices we have ever heard on 'Idol' said judge Randy Jackson and Harrison has the unique voice and country flare that could give her the edge in the finale this week. 

Tonight, Glover and Harrison will perform for the last time and tomorrow will be the final results and a winner will be crowned for Season 12.  

Each performer will sing three different songs tonight. One will be a pick from the show's creator, Simon Fuller. Another will be the ladies' favorite performance from earlier in the season. The last one will be their "coronation song" which is really just a new single possibly co-written by the finalists but intended to be their first release should they win.

Perhaps their final new "coronation song" will give one of the singers an edge or a big moment that will get them the final votes that they need.
