"American Idol" continued last night with the Top 2 performing for votes one last time. 

The show has been promoting all season a chance to help write a song for Jepsen to perform on the "American Idol" finale. The time finally arrived for that special performance last night. 

Carly Rae came out in a yellow jacket and short black shorts. She gave a good performance, the song wasn't super exciting but could hear it on the radio as good background music. 

Candice Glover and Kree Harrison battled it out singing three songs each. One producers choice, their new single and a favorite song from a performance earlier in the year. 

Harrison did a great job last night but the song choices didn't seem to give her any home run moments. 

Glover seemed to steal and show and the producers gave her every chance to shine. Glover made a great lasting impression singing, "I Who Have Nothing" and getting a standing ovation from everyone including the judges. 

Tune in tonight for a special guest performance by Psy singing his new song, "Gentleman", along with other surprise guests throughout the night.
