American Idol: Candice Glover Sings "I Who Have Nothing" & Closes Out the Final Show with Epic Performance
"American Idol" was back tonight and it was finally down to the final Top 2.
After the big surprise of Angie Miller getting kicked off the show last week in the Top 3. Many thought Angie was a shoe in for the finale and she had by far the largest social media following.
So it was down to powerhouse singer Candice Glover and soulful country singer Kree Harrison.
Each lady sang 3 songs tonight, including one song picked by the shows producers, each of their new singles and a favorite song they have performed earlier in the year.
Kree did a good job with her songs but Candice seemed to have the more powerful moments tonight and her ending song, "I Who Have Nothing," brought the house down and left everyone, including the judges on their feet for a standing ovation.
There was a special guest performances featuring Carly Rae Jepsen tonight. Jepsen sang "Take A Picture" which fans of the show have been writing all summer.
Psy is scheduled to make a appearance tomorrow night on the final results show performing his new song, "Gentleman".
