American Idol: Angie Miller Safe, Kree Harrison & Janelle Arthur In Bottom Two, Find Out Got Voted Off

The "American Idol" continued tonight with the results show for the Top 5 contestants.

Miller performed an emotion tribute song to the city of Boston, which she grew up less then 30 minutes from in Beverly,MA.  She performed the song, "I'll Stand By You" and got a standing ovation from the crowd and the judges.  Miller has been a favorite all year long, but is becoming even more of a front runner these past few weeks.

Early on, Kree seemed like the biggest competition to Miller, but Candice Glover is proving to be the bigger battle as Glover and Miller get the most votes each night and are the most popular on social media.

It has been a female dominated season all year long, with no girls being sent home since the Top 10 was established. It is now down to the 5 girls Angie Miller, Candice Glover, Kree Harrison, Janelle Arthur and Amber Holcomb.

The bottom two tonight were Kree Harrison and Janelle Arthur.  Kree has been a favorite all season and so no one expected her to get sent home over Janelle and if she did happen to be the bottom choice, I believe that the judges "save" would have been used on her.

Celebrating with the girls tonight was American Idol alum, Fantasia.  She was the winner of Season 3 of "American Idol" and performed tonight along with American Idol alum, Clay Aiken.

Janelle has had a good run on "American Idol" this year, especially when she is playing her acoustic guitar.  However, it was her time to go and she was eliminated from the show tonight.

Angie Miller, Kree Harrison and Candice Glover are the favorites of the 4 girls left in the competition.

Stay tuned to watch the Top 4 perform next week.
