American Idol 2013 fans, this is the night you've been waiting for. The Season 12 finale, featuring Candice Glover and Kree Harrison airs at 8/7c on FOX. Though the results won't be revealed until Thursday's live show, the pressure to perform tonight is all Candice Glover and Kree Harrison are thinking about.

Finally a woman will reconquer the American Idol. It's been six years since a woman last won American Idol, but the season has finally come. But who? Kree Harrison? Candice Glover? I don't think the race has been this tight since Ruben Studdard and Clay Aiken. Power choir vocals against southern finesse.

Last week's episode was a shocker. Let's face it. Angie Miller was a clear frontrunner and still got the boot. It's nice to see America awake for a change. Angie did everything right as a second runner up. She played the piano, hit the notes, and stumbled awkwardly through her farewell song. Apparently America has little tolerance for musical theater and/or beauty pageants.

 This year's American Idol rollercoaster definitely had its ups and downs. It was great to see only girls in the top 5. But recent reports indicate all four Idol judges, Keith Urban, Nicki Minaj, Randy Jackson and Mariah Carey will be fired after Season 12. Though Randy Jackson is the only Idol judge to confirm leaving the show,it's widely accepted "AI" producers will find four new replacements.
