'America's Got Talent' Season 9: Remaining Top 5 Acts Recap and 'Quarter Finals 3' Episode

Season 9 of the popular competition show, 'America's Got Talent', recently sent seven of the twelve acts home, leaving the last "Top 5 Acts" still standing. Fans can expect to see some amazing performances from the final five contestants when the "Quarter Finals 3" episode airs Aug 12, 2014 on NBC.

The August 6 "Results" episode, laid out which acts were sent home and which would remain on the show to further showcase their talents. During the episode, Enrique Iglesias performed on stage to relieve some of the tension and stress of the competitors and their fans. Also, Jimmy Fallon was featured to serve the same purpose.

It was revealed that Emily West has advanced into the next round of 'America's Got Talent' while dance troupe Jasmine Flowers and acrobatic duo Valo & Bobby were sent home.

Comedian Dan Naturman also made it to the "Top 5 Acts" list after beating out The Willis Clan and the tap-dancing duo Sean & Luke. Beyond that, Miguel Dakota was also accepted into the final five, but was given a warning by judge Heidi Klum, that he will need more vocals in the next round if he does not want to be sent home.

Despite being the weakest performance in accordance to the judges, David and Leeman received high votes from the audience and also made the list.

The final slot came down to Baila Conmigo and the Flight Crew Jump Rope team, and a judge verdict got to choose it. After receiving a "Yes" from Howie Mandel, Howard Stern and Klum, Baila Conmigo was happy to have advanced into the next stage of 'America's Got Talent' Season 9.
