Amber Holcomb Eliminated on 'American Idol' 2013: Top 3 Revealed, Amber Holcomb Singing "My Funny Valentine" [VIDEO]

American Idol 2013 said goodbye to powerhouse singer Amber Holcomb. America got it wrong, once again, sending home one of Idol 2013's most talented singers. I guess there's no easy elimination with this year's Top4. Angie Miller, Kree Harrison, Candice Glover [and Amber Holcomb] all have/had legitimate claims to the Idol 2013 throne.

A lot of people would probably say Kree Harrison should have been eliminated tonight, but America continues keep her at the top of voting regardless of her performances.

If it's any consolation Amber, the Top 4 is a massive improvement after being eliminated from the Top 40 on last year's season of American Idol.

Regardless, making it this far still opens a lot of doors in the music industry. Amber Holcomb is bound to be working with producers and engineers somewhere in the near future. Fans of Holcomb can also see her on the American Idol 2013 tour this summer. So that's something to be excited about!

And who knows if the whole "music" thing doesn't work you can always take Idol judge Nicki Minaj's advice and start modeling. Minaj's girl-crush went so far as to illicit Whitney Houston comparisons from the Idol 2013 judge.

Do you think Amber Holcomb should have been voted off American Idol 2013? If not, then who? Kree Harrison? Candice Glover?

Here's a clip of Amber Holcomb singing "My Funny Valentine" on Wednesday night's performance episode.
