Everything I learned about schizophrenia from my Irish Literature seminar in college, couldn't even prepare me for Amanda Bynes' Twitter meltdown over the last four or five months. Amanda Bynes has taken on everybody from Drake and Rihanna to Miley Cyrus and various family members. The kitchen sink is getting jealous. 

It seems now the former Nickelodeon pop tart is setting her double-fantasy cross-hairs on High School Musical alum Zac Efron. This time though, Amanda has gone too far.

...an "ugly" face.  

Bynes posted the tweet days ago and only 12 hours after she accused her sister Jillian of the same "ugly" features.

"My sister Jillian Has An Ugly Face Don't Worry Drake," the former All That starlet tweeted June 26. Oh and Amanda, I think the only thing Drake is worried about is being associated with you in the media on a daily basis. 

Has Amanda Bynes truly lost her marbles or is she the second-coming of Joaquin Phoenix? Is Bynes committing herself to one of the most public social experiments of all time? Is Bynes feigning insanity, along with a fake rap dreams, all to resurrect her acting career in her most daring role ever?

Former cast members and friends like Lance Bass and Nick Cannon have tried to reach out to Bynes with no luck. 

"I worked on Amanda's show when she had her show," Cannon confessed. "To see someone you'd seen at 9, running around with a snotty nose, and now to see her like that is like, 'Wow, man! That's sad.'"
