Amanda Bynes Twitter meltdown. Act 8. Scene 36. Action!

First it was Rihanna, now Amanda Bynes has her schizoid crosshairs on another pop starlet: Miley Cyrus. On Wednesday, Bynes was feeling confessional and took to her Twitter account to tell the 20-year old Cyrus, "ur ugly" attached to a photo of Miley Cyrus sporting her Ellen DeGeneres haircut.

Though the Tweet was gone from Bynes' feed before the night was over, she seemd to confirm it's authenticity with a post-Cyrus tweet: "This is my twitter. I say whatever I want. Thanks!"

In a radio interview Wednesday with Washington D.C.'s Hot 99.5, Cyrus commented on the Bynes Twitter lash out.

"I think it's all so sad that I don't want to add any fuel to that fire, because it's really so sad to me. And you know, [I] was rooting for her to come back until she started attacking me."

I know we're dealing with a crazy person, so logistics are pretty much out the wind [just like Bynes' drug paraphernalia] but why would she attack Miley Cyrus of all people? Miley is one of the only celebrities to wish Bynes's recovery the best of luck.

New reports have surfaced that Amanda Bynes may have been romantically linked to Miley's on-again, off-again fiancé Liam Hemsworth. Could Bynes, who recently tweeted Liam Hemsworth is the, "most gorgeous man on the face of the earth."

According to Touch Weekly, Bynes and Hemsworth dated in 2009. Is Bynes jealous?
