Albany Great Danes (18-14) will battle the Mount St. Mary's Mountaineers (16-16) at the University of Dayton Arena tonight in Dayton, OH.

It's time for the 2014 NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament to officially begin with the First Four games, and it all starts on tonight with a clash between two 16-seeds for the opportunity to battle the top-seeded Florida Gators on Thursday night as the Albany Great Danes face Mount St. Mary's Mountaineers in South Region action.

Albany enters the game as the 2014 champions of the America East Conference. After a mediocre season in conference play this season, the Great Danes played better when it counted the most and battled their way to a NCAA Tournament berth.

They defeated Stony Brook Seawolves in their last game by the final score of 69-60. The Great Danes are now looking to see if they can be the Cinderella team in 2014.

However, the Mountaineers are looking to do the very same thing. Following a 9-7 season in the conference this past season, Mount St. Mary's has played their way to the Northeast Conference title by defeating Robert Morris Colonials in the finals by the final score of 88-71.

Mountaineers are try to see if they can get the opportunity to face the Gators this weekend.
