Video footage has been released of a trapeze accident from March that went terribly wrong as a man has an 85-foot trapeze fall, but has survived.

Video surfaced Thursday that might make you squirm when you watch it, but the man does survive as he breaks through a safety net and hits the floor.

The man is a Kenyan trapeze artist who was performing at a circus in Moscow and was doing a normal routine that he has done several times before. 

As he goes through his routine with everything as usual, he loses grip just enough to fall completely off the trapeze and fell 85-feet.  It goes to show how much danger these artists are in danger of every time they perform.  

Jose Angel Vera suffered a trapeze fall recently as well, but unfortunately did not survive his accident.

In Scottsdale, Ariz. Vera fell to his death when unraveling from a sash in a Cirque du Soleil-type performance but something went terribly wrong.  Vera only fell a third of the distance that the Kenyan performer did but fell directly on his head.   

Everyone hopes that the Kenyan man will make a full recovery.
