The third annual 2015 We Love Christian Music Awards are here, as voting for the 2014 calendar has begun as fans pick the best of the best in the industry. 

The awards are presented by NewReleaseTuesday and sponsored by The Overflow, a Christian music streaming service.

Over 18,000 fans voted last year, and the polls can be seen here. 

For King & Country lead this year's nominees with six nominations for Album of the Year, Group of the Year, Song of the Year ("Fix My Eyes"), The Hook Award for Best Pop Artist/Group, Video of the Year ("Without You") and Best Collaboration ("Run Wild" feat. Andy Mineo).

Rock group Switchfoot has five nominations for Album of the Year, Group of the Year, and Song of the Year ("When We Come Alive"), as well as being nominated for The Rawkfist Award for Best Rock/Alternative Artist/Group, and Best Lead Singer (Jon Foreman).

The Word Label Group leads the pack with 18 nominations, followed by Tooth & Nail/BEC/Solid State (12) and Reach Records and Capitol Label Group with seven each. Independent artists netted a record 21 nominations this year.

Fans who vote will pick winners in 24 different categories, which are divided into three types: Genre Categories (Best Pop Artist, Best Rock Artist, etc.), Standard Categories (Song of the Year, Album of the Year, etc.) and the rotating We Love Categories--featuring the brand new category, Movie of the Year. 

"We were treated to so many high-profile, high quality Christian films in 2014, that we felt like we had to recognize that." said NRT Executive Editor Marcus Hathcock in a release. "I loved that in many of the films we nominated, music had a natural connection."

A different award will be announced each day of The Rock & Worship Roadshow. 

"It's been incredible to see the response to these awards," said NRT Founder/President Kevin McNeese in a release. "We've had a blast trying new things and doing what other award shows aren't doing, and the fans are loving it. We can't wait to see this year's response, and to get out on the road again to bring the awards to the fans."
