Jill Duggar, the second daughter in the famous Duggar family who is featured on the reality TV series '19 Kids and Counting', is now reported to be pregnant with her first child. New broke about this after she uploaded a photo on Instagram of her embracing husband Derek Dillard who was holding baby shoes.

The Duggar family came into the public spotlight through the reality show '19 Kids and Counting' (formerly '17 Kids and Counting') which was primarily about the parents Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar, and their 19 kids (Nine girls and ten boys, including two sets of twins) all of whose names start with "J".

Saying that they "would have as many children as God saw fit to give them" the couple stopped using birth control in 1990 and Michelle has given birth approximately every year and a half.

Jill wished to continue her family tradition and just like her mother said, "we want to leave it up to God to see how many children we have- whether it's 2 or 20."

The couple, who tied the knot on June 21^st, 2014 (which will be featured in the next season of '19 Kids and Counting') announced the news after Jill took a pregnancy test at her mother's insistence following several previously failed tests. The happy couple, who are due in March have been having fun sharing the news with their family and the rest of the world.
