Westboro Baptist Church Blames Ebola Outbreak on President 'Beast Obama' (VIDEO)
First it was Robin Williams, and now it's President Barack Obama that is being targeted by the controversial religious group. The Westboro Baptist Church claims that the 44th POTUS and current Commander-in-Chief, is at the center of the Ebola virus plaguing the continent of Africa.
"These countries (that continent) did not heed our warnings and pleas - instead they clasped onto The Beast Obama, acting like he was running for "King of the world"; excuse me, where is he during their time of great need? Look no further for an understanding as to why God Sent Ebola to Africa," wrote Westboro Baptist Church on their official blog site.
In addition, the group used scriptures in order to support their viewpoint that God allegedly sent the plague on the continent because the African people 'worshiped' President Obama.
"Deuteronomy 28:61 Also every sickness, and every plague, which is not written in the book of this law, them will the LORD bring upon thee, until thou be destroyed," wrote the notorious congregation recently.
Previously, the group said the following statement regarding the earthquake that struck Haiti on January 12, 2010 in their 'God Hates Haiti' rant.
"As the whole world watched in horror the aftermath of a 7.0 magnitude earthquake in Haiti...which killed thousands and displaced millions, the Antichrist, Bloody Beast Obama, soon to be king of the world, lifted his arrogant fist to God, dubbing this righteous judgment of God "incomprehensible,'" wrote Westboro Baptist Church on their site.
The post went on to say, "Haiti is the locus of God's most vibrant adumbration at this hour. The Beast has no idea what 'incomprehensible' looks like - yet."
Recently, the infamous church revealed that they had plans to invade Robin Williams' potentially public funeral ceremony because of his roles in 'Mrs. Doubtfire and 'The Birdcage'.
"Westboro Baptist Church Hopes To Preach In Lawful Proximity To Robin Williams' Funeral - To Warn The Living: Repent Or Likewise Perish," wrote Westboro Baptist Church on their Twitter page last week.
