'The Witcher 3: Blood And Wine' DLC Release Date News: Game Expansion Set For May 31 Release

Along with the new trailer, the release date for CD Projekt Red's "The Witcher 3: Blood And Wine" DLC has been revealed.

CD Projekt Red's "The Witcher 3: Blood And Wine" is set to be launched on May 31 for the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and Microsoft Windows, Game Spot has learned. Serving as "The Witcher 3's" second paid expansion, "Blood And Wine" covers over 90 new missions and 40 points of interest to uncover.

In the latest trailer of "The Witcher 3: Blood And Wine" expansion, CD Projekt Red has introduced fans to the new region called Toussaint. According to Gematsu, it is a far land that remained unexposed to war and blood. It is also said that the place is where Geralt of Rivia unfolds the terrifying secret with regard the beast that torments the kingdom.

Along with the said quests, points of interest, and new locale, the forthcoming "The Witcher 3" expansion is also set to feature new characters and creatures to battle.

In an interview with Game Spot, "The Witcher 3" game director Konrad Tomaszkiewicz mentioned his interest in coming back to the series. He said that he hope to do something more in the future, as he loed the setting and he had worked on "The Witcher" games for around 12 years.

For the game director, he did not know yet what they would decide, adding that the strategy plan they had got would be shared soon.
