'Orphan Black' Season 3 Spoilers: Male and Female Clone Dynamic, Rachel's Really Dead? [VIDEO]

The teaser trailer for BBC America's Season 3 of 'Orphan Black' was recently unveiled along with a spoiler synopsis, and the producers of the series have indicated that it is slated to return in Spring, 2015. Evidently, they have offered a glimpse into the world of the clones without revealing or spoiling too much.

The synopsis reads, "Season three plunges the clone sisterhood into unexpected territory with the realization that they're not alone. Just when they thought they knew their enemies and allies, season three reveals our clones are more vulnerable than ever before."

Although the Season 3 trailer did not give away much, we all know that there are going to be a lot of new and old faces seen on the show.

Season 2 ended with Rachel taking a pencil point to the eye socket while rescuing Kira, and revealing that a male clone project run by the military exists.

TVLine interviewed the show creators, specifically John Fawcett who said, "At the moment, it seems that the Project Leda, that created female clones, and the Project Castor that created male clones are competing projects with no idea about one another. Paul has infiltrated Leda, so now Castor knows much more about Leda than Leda does about Castor."

Moving along, the usual suspects, Tatiana Maslany, Jordan Gavaris, Maria Doyle Kennedy, Kevin Hanchard, Skyler Wexler, Michiel Huisman and Evelyne Brochu will be returning. Ari Millen and Helena will be show regulars from Season 3 onwards, so we can expect a lot more action there.

Additionally, Dylan Bruce's Paul will be back with a lot more screen time despite being missing from most of Season 2.

What remains to be seen is the dynamic between the male and female clones and whether or not Rachel is truly dead.
