Keeping Up With the Kardashians reality TV star, Khloe Kardashian, is still looking out with optimism for the new year after her bumpy divorce to Lamar Odom, but a part of the 29-year-old still has feelings for her ex, according to reports this week.

In some respects, Khloe is still working on finding a loving and forgiving attitude toward what went wrong in their September 2009 marriage, a source reported to Hollywood Life.  

"She still truly loves Lamar, and doesn't regret getting married to him," the source said. "She is convinced that everything happens for a reason and that if she stays loving and open, she will meet the right person. She is just taking care of herself and spending quality time with the family and the little ones."

In an interview with Cosmopolitan U.K., Khloe said that, "I need a good fresh start; I'm excited for this year to be over with...You only live once so let's make that one time perfect."

The reality T.V. show star began the process of filing for divorce in 2013 after Odom's DUI arrest, and several reports of drug abuse surfaced.

Kardashian will not necessarily be looking for romance again right away, as she wants to spend more time with her family. She plans to spend Valentine's Day with family members and close friends.

New episodes of Season 9 of Keeping Up With the Kardashian's are currently airing and the next episode is scheduled for February 14.
